I work with adults experiencing anxiety in relationships to help them break free from insecurity and build confidence in a space where they feel truly understood and supported.

In the work we do together I will, of course, bring my expertise and training in evidence-based therapy methods. But I’ll also bring my whole human self with the true empathy and compassion I have for you and your experiences. Together we’ll dive deep into the root of your issues so you can understand yourself more fully and then we’ll begin to move through what’s been feeling stuck for so long. I want you to feel better as soon as possible so you’ll leave sessions with actionable tools and strategies to move through your day to day life with more ease. I believe that my clients are capable of changing their worrisome thoughts and feelings into the secure relationships they desire, and that I can be the therapist to help them do so.

We’ll have a free 15 minute phone consultation. You’ll get to know me a bit more, I’ll answer any questions you may have, and then you can see if it makes sense for us to start working together.

We’ll start by having meetings weekly or every other week and we’ll explore together what you’re struggling with as well as identify the deeper source of the issue. We’ll also address exactly why you started looking for a therapist to begin with- learning how to feel confident in yourself and in your relationships.
